I picked this up for my husband who is a former DJ. He hasn't been able to do mixes for so many years due to arthritis and getting old. I wanted to find something that he "enjoyed" but without all the hand work that he used to do. Here we have a Bluetooth MIDI controller. I ordered this and now that I have this home, I do want to say this is a really neat concept. My husband absolutely is enjoying this new apparatus. Below, I will outline some of the features that led me to choose this over similar ones on the market.

*50 different presets for Bass, Chord etc.
*128-bar built in recording - this is a great feature for sure

All in all, this is a really well designed and constructed bluetooth groove box. Based on a good experience, and how much entertaining this has provided my husband- I would recommend this to other consumers. It works ok. It's functional on the go and does a good job filling in functionally. The sound quality is a little less than, but for what it is and the quick capabilities, it is a good value for the money.

There are 16 illuminated touch buttons. All are very sensitive.
The sound is exaggerated for a small box. It can also be played through headphones. The device can also be used as a Bluetooth receiver.
The device itself has about 50 different sounds that can be infinitely modified.
Installing the app by registering brings a lot of new things. You can compose and arrange your own songs from a huge database of instruments. It sounds great.
The device itself can also be used as a MIDI controller. Ableton Live recognizes this and can assign keys.

I like how intuitive this is. The push putting don’t get in the way of creativity. In fact, the push buttons are very responsive. The sound volume is a lot louder than my current cell phone. Lots of features and ways to create music on a portable synthesizer!!!

This sound synthesizer is really cool. I can just tap, drag, tap for a long time, tap for a short time. I can slide my fingers and produce the sound I like. When I get the tone right, I immediately record it and transfer it to the software on my tablet or PC, which by the way are free to download. I'm still learning to compose and this device came to help me. I recommend it.

Needs chromatic scale, and some way of duplicating loops. I want to create a loop, double it, and then overdub on top.
That way I can create a bass and drum section and do a chord and lead and sample over the top

Arrived a few days ago and the built quality is nice.Pairing with Bluetooth was an issue at first but a factory reset fixed it. The app is good and pairs different sounds quickly. Looping is quite difficult especially when trying to delete one loop and not others but I think that's because I've just started using it.
Overall a good item that is super portable and has lots to explore!

I got this from Kickstarter too, it's a really underestimated piece of kit. It's capable of sketching a quick beat out with a bassline, drums, lead, chord and a sample track. The lead can be manipulated using some downloadable (Mac or pc) software and the sample track is used by taking a sample with the onboard microphone which then is available across all of the keys or by adding sample through the associated app. The app displays each track singularly displaying the notes and each instrument can be changed at any time. It also gives the feature of being able to upload your own samples and songs for other people to play around with and there's a online community where you can add information about your uploads. All in all some awesome features I don't think ever seen before in a single instrument. I love it!

i have used this medo that i got through kickstarter having played with it for a while it is really brilliant for what i have messed about with but there site hasn't got much info or any manual that i could download on it or any upgrades e.t.c. bit poor back up from the people who have delayed this for 6 months yet not got the infostructure in place since launching but i am positive that it will happen soon in the uk
